Not like there was anyone there eating. Sat down and waited and waited and waited and waited.. Nope no one so after sitting there 10 minutes got up and left.

Passed by hostess she was nice she said Bye, not realizing she just sat us. The attitude there was like who cares. We have eaten at Hard Rocks all over the world this place is terrible.

Covid or no Covid there was no reason for it. Only place in Vegas were you wont loose your money Thank you for the feedback and we apologize for the experience.

Temperature check was done. Mine was a little high from walking from the hotel to the restaurant. I stood under a fan they provided for a minute or We were greeted by the server as soon as we sat down.

Only took about 10 minutes for our food to arrive once we ordered. We both ordered steak with vegetables and a ceaser salad.

It was excellent. Cooked to perfection. Our server was attentive without being overbearing. I'm glad we made the decision to eat here.

We make sure to stop here every time we come to Vegas. We usually go for breakfast; however, with the virus and everything reopening with reduced hours we decided to give it a try for dinner.

We made reservations online and had no trouble getting a table. Upon arrival they take temperature readings before you come in.

I personally loved that they did this. They were the only restaurant we visited on the strip that did this during our stay. Since you unmask to eat I appreciated the extra step of precaution for their staff and other guests.

Tables were spaced apart and it was a great experience. Our meals were delicious and the wait staff was very kind and attentive.

We shopped at the store after our meal and were greeted by more amazing staff. Thank you Hard Rock staff for always providing a wonderful experience every time we visit!
